CAN I CANCEL OR EDIT MY ORDER?

Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to make any modifications including size, shipping address, or payment details. If you’d like to return your item, please contact us via email to start the process.

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Maestro.

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS SUCCESSFUL?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If it doesn’t appear in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder before reaching out to us.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

If your order was cancelled, it may have been due to stock availability, payment authorization issues, or an incorrect shipping address. In some cases, our system may automatically cancel orders to prevent duplicates or for security reasons. You’ll receive an email notification with more details, and any payment made will be fully refunded.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We will do out best do ship it as fast as possible Timely shipping is important to us. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase, as we aim to get your items to you as soon as possible.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. In that email, you’ll find all the details you need to follow your shipment, check delivery updates, and stay informed every step of the way.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

IS THERE A RETURN FEE?

No, we don’t charge a return fee, but the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@mardoshe.com so we can resolve it together.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

Once we have reviewed your return, you will receive a full refund if the garment meets our return requirements.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Items that do not meet these requirements may qualify for partial refund or rejected.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET?

To find your perfect fit, please refer to our sizing chart. For a more fitted, athletic look, we recommend sizing down. If you prefer a relaxed or oversized fit, consider sizing up. Following these guidelines will help ensure your MARDOSHE pieces feel comfortable and look their best.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY CLOTHING?

Please refer to the product page under ‘Care’ for instructions, or read the care labels on the garment before removing them.
